2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner in the year, 2020. After marriage, the informant was alleged to have been tortured by in-laws including the petitioner for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and ultimately, she was ousted from her matrimonial home.

4. The learned counsels for the parties have submitted that after interference of the family members, the couple are residing

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mahila P.S.
