The learned counsel appearing for the State Bank of India, RCC Branch Chapra has assured that the aforesaid amount in question shall be credited in the account of the petitioner on or before 22.11.2019.

Having regard to the aforesaid undertaking made on behalf of the Branch Manager, the present writ petition stands disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14853 of 2019(6) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 with a direction to him to ensure credit of the aforesaid amount on or before 30.11.2019, failing which he shall not draw his salary.
