2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khanpur P. S. Case No. 159/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 137(2), 62, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted on the face of grandson of the informant by means of leg.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P. S. Case No. 159/2024.
