Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court giving liberty to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge and it is informed on behalf of the petitioner that charge has already been framed.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Naugachia, District-
