The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of getting appointed on Class IV post on the basis of forged documents. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that services of the petitioner has been terminated and petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation which is still pending. It is further submitted that petitioner will file an affidavit before the learned court below that he will regularly co-

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 817 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
The bail bonds of the petitioner will be accepted on filing affidavit that he will co-operate in the investigation. The non-cooperation in investigation will give liberty to the prosecution to file appropriate application for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
