JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 270 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 05.03.2021. Vide order dated 17.11.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that case is running for framing of charge.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, as the petitioner is in custody since
