JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the Interlocutory Application bearing I.A. No. 6397 of 2015 as well as the writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 20.01.2012 passed by the District Magistrate, Buxar, which has been appended as Annexure E to the counter affidavit filed by the respondent no. 3. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner. However, it is made clear that if such appeal is filed along with a petition for condoning the delay in filing the same before the concerned appellate authority within a period of six weeks from today, let the same be decided expeditiously on its own merit
