Petitioner and co-accused, Radhe Mandal were caught by the police and from their joint possession six kg. ganja is said to have been recovered. Co-accused, Radhe Mandal has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the case of the petitioner is almost similar to the case of coaccused, Radhe Mandal.
