This application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.03.2018, whereby bail was granted to the petitioner. Modification is to the extent that date of custody of the petitioner be corrected as 10.11.2017, which has wrongly been recorded as 20.11.2017.

The petitioner had stated in paragraph-10 of the bail petition, the date of custody since 10.11.2017. However, in paragraph-13 stated that petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2017. In the circumstances, aforesaid error occurred. The typographical error is of trivial nature. Hence, let the same be corrected and the date of custody be read as from 10.11.2017.
