2. The Opposite party No.2 has been declared to be a juvenile by the Juvenile Justice Board, Patna in J.J.B. Case No. 366 of 2015 by an order dated 20.02.2016. The appeal against the said order has been dismissed by learned Sessions Judge, Patna vide order dated 05.05.2016 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 23 of 2016. The declaration of juvenility of the Opposite party No.2 is based on matriculation certificate produced by the Board. The genuineness of the said certificate is not in dispute.

3. The present criminal revision application has been filed under Section 53 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Acts 2000 and 2015 against the aforesaid orders

passed by the Juvenile Justice Board and the learned Sessions Judge, Patna. Since the determination is based on entry of date of birth of Opposite party No.2 made in the matriculation certificate, the orders under challenge cannot be faulted with.

4. This application has no merit, which is, accordingly, dismissed.
