08.04.2015 The parties are physically present but the husband flatly refuses to live with the Opposite Party No. 2. Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 01.05.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No. 209 of 2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada on the same terms as well as subject to the condition that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.

However, from henceforth the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1,100/- (One Thousand One Hundred) in the Court below in favor of the Opposite Party No. 2 in place of Rs. 750/- Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
