Petitioner was caught and one country made loaded pistol was recovered from his conscious possession for which petitioner is in jail custody since 25.8.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
