The petitioners are accused in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 307, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that petitioners along with four others named in the F.I.R. reached at the field of the informant, Laxmi Devi, where the informant was engaged along with her husband Chandra Bhushan Singh @ Jato Singh and brother-inlaw in cutting of wheat, and they have been told to leave the field on protest, all the accused persons caused injury to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1586 of 2016 (3) dt.04-03-2016 2/2 informant, her husband and brother in law Subhash Singh. Thereafter, husband of the informant was rushed to hospital, who died later on.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that admittedly there is land dispute in between the parties. Further submission is that it would appear from the F.I.R. that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and others to cause injury to deceased but only one injury was found on his head. Further submission is that occurrence took place on 03.04.2015 and deceased died on 02.05.2015 in course of treatment.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Dandari P.S.
