ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 7/ 02-05-2016 It has been submitted by the counsel for the BSFC that the Petitioner owes them around One Crore Twenty Eight lac. Counsel for the BSFC further submits that in some cases this Court had granted bail to the defaulters on conditions of depositing 20% of the defalcated amount but the said order has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (Cri) No.31117 of 2016.

In view of such, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 19.03.2014 in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.105 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, by which he was granted provisional bail and directed to approach the authorities

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3373 of 2014 (7) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 to settle the accounts, is hereby cancelled.

The application is dismissed.
