This application for regular bail arises out of Sessions Trial No. 47 of 2019 arising out of Buxar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,326,307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of assault, leading to injuries, caused by fire arm, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail at this stage.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months, if, in the meanwhile, there is
