JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 354(B), 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 8/12 of POCSO Act. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was apprehended and handed over to the police while attempting to outrage the modesty of minor daughter of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that petitioner is close neighbour of informant and some altercation took place between them and due to that petitioner has been made accused in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 23.08.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.
