2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 332, 353, 307, 506 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of Arms Act, Sections 3(i)(r)(s)/3(2)(Va) of the SC/ST Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., petitioner along with other accused persons came on Bullet motorcycle and XUV 300 Car and started to assault the local Chowkidars by butt of the pistol and iron rod.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of assault and abuse is against other accused persons. Petitioner is only alleged to be member of the unlawful assembly.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Madhwapur P. S. Case No. 78 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
