JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Beldour P.S. Case No. 109 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and others is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case, statement of girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded, in which, she has not made any allegation against the petitioner, who is a lady.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46456 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Khagaria, in connection with Beldour P.S.
