The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kunjdwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020 registered under Sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a)/41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner's name has been dragged in the present case. Further he submits that the alleged vehicle does not belong to the petitioner from which the illegal liquor has been recovered. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 52 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
