The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 14.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44790 of 2015 by which six weeks time was granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court for being released on bail. Learned counsel submits that due to some misconception in understanding the order, the petitioner could not surrender in time.

Learned A.P.P. does not oppose the prayer.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 14.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44790 of 2015 stands modified to the extent that the time granted to the petitioner of six weeks to surrender before the Court below for being granted bail stands extended till 3rd February, 2016. The rest of the terms and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.823 of 2016 dt.13-01-2016 2/2 conditions of the said order shall remain unchanged. The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
