Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father-in-law of the victim of dowry death. He is in custody since 04.09.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Submission is that the petitioner is ill and is getting treatment in the hospital.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
