Petitioner was all along on bail but his bail bond was cancelled as he failed to appear before the trial court since last five consecutive dates in the light of direction given by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.53544 of 2-013. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody sing long and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that due to transfer of the case record, the advocate clerk of the petitioner could not make pairwi in the trial court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
