Patna High Court CWJC No.3363 of 2016 dt.04-04-2016 2/2 The seven petitioners make a grievance that the District Education Officer, Saran at Chapra, Respondent No. 5 is still indulging in pick and choose, in matter of sending the Panchayat Teachers for training. Juniors are being sent and seniors are being left out or ignored.
It is the case of the petitioners that on a similar kind of grievance, raised, arising from Saran district, the Court took a very serious view of the matter and directed the Director, Distant Education, Government of Bihar, Patna to issue strict guidelines. The writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the District Education Officer, Saran at Chapra to verify the position whether these petitioners are senior to the persons, who have sent for training, and if it is so, he has to take immediate remedial measures in this regard or else in terms of the direction, contained in Annexure-5, there could be an occasion for initiation of a disciplinary proceeding against the District Education Officer, Saran. Writ application is disposed off of in terms of above. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J) SKM/- U
