Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the first information report, it appears that the petitioner made his confessional statement in Paharpur P.S. Case no. 262/2012 and also admitted his involvement in the present crime. Furthermore, it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement and criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II, Muzaffarpur in Sessions trial no. 626/2015 arising out of Sakra P.S. Case no. 518/2014.
