Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "That this application is directed for the issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus/any other appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents concerned to pay the compensation of Rs. 15 lacs to the petitioner whereby and where under negligence of work of the respondents concerned, the petitioner has lost his father due to naked electric wire o the Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.18036 of 2021 dt.29-06-2022 2/2 State Electric Board has broken near the house of the petitioner which has not been removed by the respondents and thus the father of the petitioner died due to current of the aforesaid naked wire." Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
