The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahampur (Krishna Barahm) P.S. Case No. 334 of 2022, a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft of mobile phones, gold jewelleries and cash from the house of informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50015 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. The petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2022, charge sheet has been submitted in this case and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Barahmpur (Krishna Brahm) P.S.
