The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No.642 of 2015 (G.R.No.2418 of 2015) for the offences punishable under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the allegation is primarily directed against the brother of this petitioner namely Mithilesh Kumar of having eloped with daughter of the informant but being the elder brother of the said boy that he has been roped in the present

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58218 of 2015 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 case along with his parents.

Mr. Singh, has produced a marriage certificate issued by the Marriage Registrar, Gurgaon to submit that the said Mithilesh Kumar and the daughter of the informant has since got married on 15th November, 2015. He further submits that the girl is a major. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the circumstances existing, let the petitioner namely, Ritesh@Raju@Ritesh@Raju Kumar @Ritesh Kumar Raju be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 642 of 2015 (G.R.No.2418 of 2015).
