JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although there is allegation of gang rape against the petitioner but in course of trial the victim has not supported the story of rape.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that one co-accused Md. Ezazul Haque, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.286 of 2016 (2) dt.06-01-2016 2/2 Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Phulpras P.S.Case No. 190 of 2014.
