2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . Prosecution case is that total 401.04 litres of illicit liquor was recovered from spot out of which 17.280 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from the seized vehicle of which this petitioner is registered owner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of the petitioner transpired only on the basis of suspicion Petitioner is not the owner of mango orchard. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
