JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and according to prosecution case itself, the marriage of the deceased had taken place six years ago and, therefore, the aforesaid fact reflects that deceased remained at her Sasural for near about six years. Moreover, there is no specific overt act against the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub Judge-10th, Muzaffarpur in connection
