Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was allowed vide order dated 02.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45934 of 2015 but the petitioners did not surrender within the specified period as they were working in another State. The petitioners seek extension of time for surrendering in the court below.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the period for surrendering of the petitioners is extended by four weeks from today. If the petitioners surrender in the court below within four weeks from today in Kesariya P.S. Case No. 136/2015, they shall be enlarged on anticipatory bail subject to the conditions as
