JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 The present restoration petition has been filed for restoring the writ petition bearing CWJC no. 20226 of 2014 which has stood dismissed by an order dated 27.06.2019 on account of non compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.03.2019 passed in the said writ petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC no. 20226 of 2014 is directed to be restored to its original file, subject to compliance of the order dated 26.03.2019 passed in CWJC no. 20226 of 2014 and deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee.

The present restoration petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
