2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents, who have reduced the pension of the petitioner and being aggrieved by the said action of the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Petitioner seeks to file a detail representation before the Registrar of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University Darbhanga in respect of his claim and the relief(s), as prayed for in the present writ petition, so that the Registrar can verify from the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12124 of 2025(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 records relating to fixation of pension of the petitioner and if it is not fixed, then the Registrar must take up the case of the petitioner and fix the pension so that the petitioner may not be deprived of the pensionary benefit and regular pension.

4. The petitioner had superannuated on 31.07.2004 and he is aggrieved that w.e.f. 01.01.1996 his revised pay was not fixed in the Pay Scale of Rs.6500-10,500 and accordingly, he is receiving the reduced pension till date, which is required to be rectified on the basis of the documents & evidences and the service particulars of the petitioner.

5. The above exercise is directed to be completed expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of this order.

6. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
