Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One loaded country-made Katta is said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner on the basis of disclosure, made by the petitioner when he was arrested in connection with a dacoity case. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in jail custody since 06-07-2015. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.229 of 2016 (3) dt.14-01-2016 2/2 the case as well period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
