04-05-2018 Heard Sri Narendra Kumar, learned counsel assisted by Sri Tej Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The sole petitioner, who is in custody only since 31-01-2018 in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 427, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. The petitioner is sole F.I.R. named accused, against whom, there is specific accusation. However, considering the nature of accusation, there is no reason to entertain the prayer for bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
However, it is made clear that petitioner would be at
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26915 of 2018(2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 liberty to renew the prayer for bail after completion of nine months in custody.
