2. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 589 of 2022 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three persons are said to have looted a tractor. Petitioner is said to be one of the criminal. Petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 06.04.2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail,
