The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier twice rejected in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 147of 2013 vide order dated 24.12.2014 and 05.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32207 of 2014 and 35711 of 2015 respectively, on the ground that the trial has not been concluded up-till-now which is evident from the report of the learned trial judge dated 16.01.2016.

Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioner has shot on vital part of the body which finds support in the injury report also.

Finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected with
