Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner No. 1, Nikhleshwar Yadav @ Niklesh Yadav, as it is alleged that he assaulted the father of the informant by Khanti causing injury on nose and shoulder.

However, as far as petitioner No. 2, Sulekha Devi, is concerned, she is a woman aged about 45 years and is a person

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54980 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 with clean antecedent and allegation against her is of assaulting Savita Devi by Dabiya causing injury on head. It is next submitted that Sulekha Devi, being wife of Nikhleshwar Yadav, has been implicated in the instant case in order to coerce her husband and other family members into submission. 5.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioner No. 2, Sulekha Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Salkhua (Banma Itahari OP) P.S. Case No. 366 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) SUMIT/- U T
