2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S Case No. 395 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326(g), 126(2), 115(2), 352 and 351 of the BNS.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with other accused persons have abused the informant and the house of the informant was set on fire in which his belonging have been burnt.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner is own cousin bhabhi of the informant.

No.48789 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 2/3 Allegation against the petitioner that she poured the kerosene oil over the house of the informant and the husband of the petitioner lit a matchstick which is totally false story. He further submits that there is case and counter case between both the parties. Earlier, the husband of the petitioner had lodged Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 309 of 2024. He further submits that petitioner was abducted by the own brother of the present informant and he committed sexual offence with the petitioner wherein the brother of the present informant granted Regular bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 88166 of 2024. He further submits that this case is only the counter case of the case which was filed by the husband of the informant. He further submits that FIR has been registered after the delay of eight days for which no explanation has been given. He further submits that petitioner possesses two criminal antecedent.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the FIR, Case diary and the impugned order dated 19.06.2025, it appears that from Paragraph 4 of the case diary, place of occurrence has been mentioned but Investigating Officer has not found any burnt substance/article at place of occurrence. Moreover, FIR has been

It also appears that there is case and counter case between the parties. So, considering all aspects of the matter and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera or Seccessor Court, Rosera in connection with Bibhutipur P.S Case No. 395 of 2024 subject to the condition laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNS.
