JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-08-2018 Mr. Kumar Uday Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Municipal Commissioner, Patna to dispose of Vigilance Case No. 9 B of 2015 instituted against the petitioner in the month of September, 2015. He submitted that the petitioner has already appeared before the Municipal Commissioner and filed his show-cause but the Municipal Commissioner is sitting tight over the

Learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Commissioner has agreed to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. He submitted that since the petitioner has already filed his explanation in the said vigilance case, the Municipal Commissioner is required to finally decide his case pending before him.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed with a direction to the Municipal Commissioner, Patna to dispose of aforestated Vigilance Case No. 9B of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by passing a reasoned order.
