Patna High Court CWJC No.3655 of 2021(2) dt.15-09-2022 2/3 following relief:- "a) Issuance of writ of Mandamus/writ of appropriate nature commanding the respondents concerned to ensure that no encroachment on public/Government land and as well as upon the public road is made by the private respondents who are hellbent to forcibly occupy and sale the public road situated at Mouza-Ballia Kakhminia, Than No.627, Touzi No.7793, Khata No.1673, Khesra No.2439 and are also trying to grab & sale the Khesra No.2436, which is the land of Ram Janki Mandir by making brick boundary and which is also adjacent to the said road."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Ballia, District-Begusarai, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Ballia, District-Begusarai, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.
