BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 17-02-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Mrs. Punam Kumari Singh, learned counsel accepts notice for respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish a copy of the petition to learned counsel for the Union of India if it not already furnished.
In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders,
Patna High Court CWJC No.17877 of 2021 dt.17-02-2022 2/2 Direction / Directions to quash the order dated 19. 3. 18 Annexure-7) passed by Commandant 45 Batalian, CRPF Sambal JE) and order of D.I.G. Range Rampur U.P) dated 3.8. 2018 (Annexure-10) by which appeal of the petitioner has been rejected and order of Inspector General, Dehradoona Sector, CRPF dated 20. 2. 2020 Annexure 11) by which revision of the petitioner haas been rejected and order of Special Director General, Central hone, CRPF Kolkata dated 7. 7. 21 (Annexure-13) by which memorial of the petitioner has been Dismissed and for for grant of all Consequential benefits."
Perusal of the pleadings it is evident that this Court has no territorial jurisdiction so as to entertain the petition and so also orders passed by the concerned respondents would not come under the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
