The petitioner is seeking a direction upon the respondents to supervise Falka P.S. Case No.79 of 2020 and Falka P.S. Case No.327 of 2021 and take action against the accused persons of both the cases.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the State that in both the cases charge-sheets have been submitted by the Police.

In these circumstances, this criminal writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at appropriate stage.
