The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 447, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the land of the informant and her sister along with the land donated to Ram Janki Temple were transferred by one Dhwani Agrawal @ Kriti Bansal, who subsequently after remarriage known as Kriti Bansal. It is alleged against the petitioner that being the Consolidation Officer he granted permission to Dhwani Agrawal @ Kriti Bansal to sale the land.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of the petitioner was amenable to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6093 of 2016 (2) dt.08-02-2016 challenge before the Superior Court, when the purchasers have been granted bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and coupled with the statement made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 491 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
