The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 397, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that while the informant proceeded to deposit Rs.2,12,306/- in the Bank, in the way three unknown culprits came on a motorcycle and intercepted him and attempted to loot his money. The informant ran towards saw mill after leaving motorcycle and the culprits could not succeed in taking his bag. The culprits shot at the informant, which hit on his leg.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2019 and has got no

There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come on confessional statement of co-accused. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. case No.269 of 2019. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
