Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. Co-accused Tarachand Yadav having allegation similar to that of the petitioner has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16869 of 2017. Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27211 of 2018 (2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Fulkaha Police Station Case No. 86 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
