2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115, 76 and 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant was returning to the home after feeding cattle, this petitioner interrupted and started disrobing her and when she tried to raise alarm, petitioner tore her blouse and made her nude. Petitioner assaulted the informant and snatched her gold chain.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous grudge and dirty village politics. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with direct allegation that the petitioner stopped the informant and

6. Considering the nature accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
