JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 448, 323, 354-A, 380 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they came to the house of the informant and started assaulting her and her female family members. They also snatched ear ring of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedent. They have falsely been implicated in the present case. This case is counter-blast to the case instituted by the petitioners which is at Annexure-2 to the present application. From Annexures-3 and 4 it is evident that petitioners' side had sustained injury.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8238 of 2016 (2) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case no. 4 of 2016 (G.R. no. 10 of 2016), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
