2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 342, 324, 307, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 438 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event, no specific accusation of having fired the gun shots has been made against the petitioner.

4. Learned APP for the State on the other hand, on the basis of the statements made in paragraph 38 of the case diary, submits that the informant has sustained gun shot injuries and has been admitted in the hospital.
