The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No. 59 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Twenty liters of country made liquor, one packing machine and three motorcycles were recovered from forest and petitioners were apprehended on spot while others managed to escape.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. They have no

They have been falsely implicated in the case at the instance of his enemies. The seizure list also does not bear the signatures of the petitioners. They have no criminal antecedent. They have been languishing in custody since 22.03.2018. Considering the facts, aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No. 59 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Nawadah. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) Shamshad/- U T
